Rotary is where neighbours, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.

You get to connect with professionals, share your experience with the leaders of tomorrow (our youth), support a variety of wonderful causes (in our community and globally) and help to serve others in a variety of different ways.

Our Impact

Community Service involves supporting local community projects around the City of Revelstoke and our annual scholarship/bursary programs available to high school students in the local school district.

International Service is responsible for International Projects, which allows our club to interact with people around the world. The Rotary Foundation and Polio Eradication, among others, are part of International Service.

Programs arranges for guest speakers for each weekly meeting.

Youth Exchange involves sending and welcoming youth on an international exchange each year which allows for high school students to study globally.

Public Relations looks after media initiatives to increase the awareness and image of Rotary.

Fundraising activities include such events as the Million Dollar Hole in One, Oktoberfest and other Rotary fundraising initiatives held throughout the Rotary year.

Finally there is Membership, which is responsible for member growth and new member development.

Members of the Rotary Club of Revelstoke are actively involved in several committees to ensure the Rotary Club of Revelstoke’s commitment to Service Above Self.

During this time of uncertainty, our efforts to end poverty need to be stronger than ever and so we launch the global movement to reach out even further. We have doubled our efforts in making clean water, food and clothing more accessible to those most at risk during the pandemic.
