Together the Rotary Club of Wainwright, the Rotary Foundation and PAMBE Ghana we are working to install a system of harvesting water on a roof of a new school building, at La’angum Primary School, to use for drinking and to construct two environmentally friendly bio-toilets with a system to recycle grey water to flush toilets and a biogas digester to convert waste into useable biogas to cook school lunches, thereby replacing burning wood, which is scarce, laborsome and causes pollution.
